International EIN
Short Definition
EIN when principal has no SSN/ITIN
Full Definition

When your US Corporation or Limited Liability Company needs and EIN, but your principal officer (who is signing the application) does not have a valid US SSN or ITIN, then we can still obtain your entity’s EIN.

This process requires us faxing your signed SS4 (and entity articles) to a special IRS number, and often following up multiple times. The total process takes from one to three weeks.

The total cost to obtain an International EIN is $100.
