State Fees Georgia
Full Definition

The "State Fees" listed are the exact fees charged by the Secretary of State of Georgia for the formation of your entity (except as described below). We do NOT mark up or add to this figure. Although we attempt to display the most accurate figure, we cannot guarantee your state's total fee, which is subject to periodic changes (again by the state). If a state fee is higher, you would be responsible for the additional state fee. If a state fee is lower, we will refund this difference to you.

Post Filing Requirements - All Georgia corporations must file an Annual Registration within 90 days of the date of incorporation and then every year thereafter between January 1st and April 1st each year thereafter. The filing of this report and the $50 fee associated with it are your responsibility after your corporation has been formed with the state.

NOTE: We always recommend that you research Georgia's annual filing requirements BEFORE you place your order. Go to Georgia State Requirements page of SmallBiZ Research Center for more info on your state's requirements.
