At least one more company (see Florida Center of Corporations), is sending fraudulent forms to Florida Corporation or LLC owners that look as if they are from the Florida state government, alarming unsuspecting businesses into paying from $47.99 to $68.72 for a service they don’t need.
One of our clients reported to us today that they received three separate notices, supposidly unrelated, at least two of which appear to be from the same company. If you receive notices from Florida Corporate Filing Services, or Corporate Filing Services Center, or Florida State Corporations AKA F.S.C., throw them away and do not send money.

Hi, I am a new business owner and I just filled a scam paper it looks like a real one , and I sent $68.47 (money order) for that company located in Tallahassee 400 Capital Circle SE Suite 18311 FL, 32301. I would like to know if they can do anything for my company more than taking the money. Thank . Jeffbusiness@live.com
