NAME CHOICES
We will ask you for two name choices during your order: a First Name Choice & a Second Name Choice (in the event the First Choice is NOT available).

NAME AVAILABILITY
One of the first actions we take after we receive your paid order is to check the availability of your First Name Choice. Our knowledgeable staff thoroughly checks your state?s database to find out if there are one or more existing companies who have a name which the state would consider too ?deceptively? similar to your Name Choice and therefore reject your filing.

SECOND CHOICE
If your First Name Choice appears to be not available, we will use your Second Choice. If neither Choice is available, we will contact and assist you with choosing a name which will be acceptable to the state.

NAME RESERVATION
Some states require a name reservation prior to acceptance of a filing using that name. Only in those cases will we obtain a name reservation prior to forming your entity. Usually, we find reserving a name hinders the speedy processing of a new entity.

NOT A TRADE MARK
Even if your corporate/LLC name is approved by the state, it does not protect you against infringing upon another's trademark or copyright. Please consult legal counsel to discuss ways to protect your name and insure that you do not infringe upon another.
