Expedited Filing

Many states offer an "expedite service" for filing your Articles of Incorporation or Organization for an additional fee. This usually speeds up filing time tremendously. Expedited Filing in many states is typically 1 to 5 business days (for example Delaware corporations are FORMED 24 HRS after receipt), plus mail time!

Even if your state doesn't offer an "expedite" service, we process your filing first before others, and complete your order before others when we receive your approval from the state.
