Foreign Corporation Authorization ($75.00 + State Fees)

If you incorporate or form a LLC in one state and you wish to do business in one or more other states, you will need to file a request to be authorized to do business in each state. With out authority, your company may be subject to fines or possibly loss access to that state?s courts. Most states charge a filing fee for this Certificate of Authority. We will prepare all necessary documentation to submit your request to the state plus instructions on how to submit your request. You simply sign, write a check (to the state) to cover the fees and submit.
