Your articles (to form your company) are submitted to the state via FedEx Next Day for processing (only for applicable states). When completed, your Articles and/or filing receipt are returned to us by Next Day Air for review.
NOTE: This option with Expedited filing (again, if available for that state) offers the quickest way to turnaround the filing of your articles with the state (If we are not already submitting your articles by another quicker method). Next Day Air does not include the shipping of your approved documents to you. Please see "Shipping" for additional information.
