CREATE ARTICLES
After we have verified your company's name availability, using the information you submitted on the order form, we will complete your articles of incorporation (or articles of organization for LLCs). This is the document used to form your new corporation (or LLC). We utilize the state's recommend format which will contain only the minimum amount of information required by your formation state. If you wish to add other articles or provisions, in addition to what is required by the state, choose the service, "Additional Articles or Provisions" ($25).

SUBMIT TO THE STATE
After your articles are ready, we will submit them to the state agency which forms entities in that state.

FOLLOW UP
If your filing takes longer than we have estimated our system will automatically remind our staff to follow up with the state.
