Professional Corporation, PC Definition

A corporation expressly organized for the purpose of engaging in a learned profession such as law, medicine or architecture. Professional corporations (PCs) must file articles of incorporation with the state which meet the state?s requirements for professional corporations. Often, this maybe as simple as adding "PC". Most Professional Corporations have strict ownership and licensing requirements.
