Tax:

The franchise tax rates are: 1.0% (.01) for most entities, 0.5% (.005) for qualifying wholesalers and retailers, and 0.575% (.00575) for those entities with $10 million or less in annualized Total Revenue using the E-Z computation.

The Initial Tax Report and payment are due 89 days after the first anniversary of the beginning date (your corporation's formation date). The Annual Tax Report and payment must be postmarked on or before May 15th of the report year.
